Full Time 30 - 40 hours MONDAY - FRIDAY (Saturdays only when business demands it) 8:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced professional to add to our team who will be responsible for securing and servicing our financial, commercial, and residential customers.
We have an immediate need for a full-time Senior Electronic Security Technician in Southern Maine who will provide on- site repair, maintenance, and installation services to our customers in Southern Maine and New Hampshire.
As one of our technicians, you will perform installation and network integration of security equipment to include intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control.
You will use your skills to provide outstanding customer service by ensuring the highest quality of workmanship, professional customer communication, and loyal confidentiality.
Job Duties:
Installation:
Lead and coordinate the installation of electronic security systems including intrusion alarm systems, cameras, camera servers, access control systems, and other security equipment.
Maintenance:
Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on security systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
Mentorship:
Lead and mentor assistant technicians on completion of projects and best practices.
Troubleshooting:
Independently diagnosing and resolving issues with security equipment, including providing support to clients remotely or on-site as necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, maintenance activities, and inventory of tools and equipment.
Use company field service management software to capture job notes, signatures, and expenses.
Training:
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in security technology and participate in training programs as required.
Client Interaction:
Provide outstanding customer service, address client concerns, and educate clients on the use and maintenance of their security systems.
Safety Protocols:
Adhere to all company and industry safety standards and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including construction consultants and client service representatives, to ensure client needs are met.
Confidentiality is imperative and required.
Preferred
Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience installing security systems, video surveillance systems and access control systems.
Industry or Manufacturer Certifications in Video Surveillance and Access Control Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and operational/product manuals.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Maine Electrical license (Low Voltage/Low Energy, Journeyman, or Master) Able to pass full background check and drug test Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and professional integrity and presence Strong leadership and teamwork along with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Self- motivated Proficient in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of and ability to use all tools pertaining to the installation and servicing of job functions Ability to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lifting of heavy loads, climb ladders, bend, stoop and perform other physical requirements of this position Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or demands while adjusting the approach to best fit the situation.
